Hand-Knotted Indo-Persian Wool Area Rug

Item Details

A hand-knotted Indo-Persian wool area carpet. The rug has a central field of warm burgundy with a dense foliate design in a palette of tan, cream, olive, sage, and brown. The rug’s outer border has a repeating floral design in a complementary palette on a cream colored background. It was hand-finished with overcast edges on all sides and is tagged with a production number to the verso.
