Oil Copy Painting on Canvas After Paul Gauguin's "Two Tahitian Women"

A copy oil painting on canvas after an original 1889 painting by Paul Gauguin, now part of the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Titled Two Tahitian Women, this depicts two standing women, with exposed breast, on holding a pale pink blossom, with the other holders an oval platter of mango. This work is signed illegibly in the lower left and presented in a stained wooden frame with a gold tone gesso liner, that is wired for hanging.

- fair; overall craquelure; stains to lower left; chips to the gesso liner; scratches and abrasions to frame.
