Vintage Tall Chest of Drawers by Ballman-Cummings

Item Details

A vintage chest of drawers. The chest is made of dark stained oak or walnut, with four drawers, fitted with carved, round wood knobs. A horizontal carved leaf border embellishes the front of the chest, just below the top drawer, and the chest rests on bracket feet. The back of the chest is labeled ‘Ballman-Cummings Furniture Company – Manufacturers – Fort Smith Arkansas’, and there is a handwritten number ‘322’ on the label. A number 1248 is also stamped onto the wood in back, near the base. This item is located in a basement.

• Please be advised, furniture items must be picked up and removed by winning bidder during the scheduled pick-up time on pick-up day. A moving charge will be incurred by winning bidders for any items not picked up. If winning bidder chooses to not have the item moved for alternate pick-up, the winning bidder will incur a disposal fee to have the item removed.
