A serigraph after artist Margaret Layton’s painting of an owl. This print on paper depicts a stylized rendering of the aforementioned bird in front profile, who is detailed with a textured layering of earthen tones. The figure is reinforced with loose patterning applied with thin brush work, especially to the wings and body. To the lower left corner of the composition is an in plate signature. The print is presented under glass beneath a wide mat in a gold tone and black wooden frame with a sawtooth bracket to the verso for hanging.

- general wear to frame; print is loose in frame; backing paper stained and torn.
