A limited edition mixed media work on paper by Stephen Szynal titled D. C.. It is composed of an offset lithograph after an ink and watercolor painting of Washington D.C. with the White House in the foreground and the Capital building in the background. The print overlaid with raised cutout images that provide a three-dimensional effect and is enhanced with glitter and is slightly raised against a white backing. It is signed ‘Szynal’ in pencil to the lower right and numbered 97/475 to the lower left. It is mounted under glass with black and white layered mats in a black wooden frame that is wired for hanging. Information about the artist is attached to the verso.

- light scratches along edges of the frame.
