Original Tuska Art Pottery Plate

Item Details

An original Tuska (1931 – 1998) art pottery plate. Features a deep rim and a charcoal glaze with an olive and cream tone ribbon-like design. A variety of other colors are present due to the mineral composition of the glazes used. It is signed to the underside.

He acquired his formal education at New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University, New York.
