An oil painting on canvas titled Bruges by French artist Philippe Bunel (b. 1936). Portrayed with precise delineations, this work features a street corner in the city of Bruges, with a continuous line of tan architecture receding into the background and a building arch providing a view to the distant buildings. The painting is signed to the lower right; it is also signed and titled to the canvas verso. The composition is presented in a gold-tone wood frame with a brown cove and a linen liner.
