Signed Hand-Colored Aquatint Etching of a Windmill
Item Details
A small original signed aquatint etching with a few areas of minimal hand-coloring on wove paper. The print is signed to the lower right by an artist whose first name is George and last name is illegible. The print depicts a tall windmill standing near the banks of a twisting river. Two figures in Dutch attire stand near the base of the massive structure looking up at it. The print is matted in off-white with several hand-drawn French lines and is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with gold tone finish and a hanging wire.

- light yellowing to print and matting.
