An enamel painting on board by artist Susanna Martin after a self-portrait by Goya. This work, which is after an original painting created in 1775, depicts the renowned Spanish painter in profile, staring forward with a slight smirk while wearing a cowboy hat. He is surrounded by a split layering of red and brown pigment. To the lower right corner of the composition is an artist signature from Martin. The work is presented in a stained wooden frame featuring a linen and gold tone beaded liner, which includes an etched placard affixed to the lower edge. To the verso is a handwritten tag with artist contact information taped to the paper backing.

- light wear to frame finish; stain to lower right portion of mat; backing paper punctured and torn; tape holding handwritten note discolored.
