A hand-knotted Bokhara area rug. This wool rug features tekke guls and chemche style guls throughout the field. the primary border offers a repeating pattern of starburst flanked by multiple guard borders in floral and geometric patterns with a lattice pattern at each end. The rug is finished with overcast selvedge edges, a narrow kilim skirt and cotton warp fringe at either end. Unlabeled.
