An original 2017 acrylic floral painting on canvas by contemporary Cincinnati artist Kaitlin Roberts. The image depicts purple, orange, pale green and magenta stylized flowers cascading over the rim of a clear vase filled with water against a muted lavender backdrop. Roberts is a Kentucky native who currently lives and works in the historic neighborhood and arts district of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, living in a 19th-century brick building that overlooks the city. In addition to her artistic background, Roberts is a creative writer and holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Kentucky.
