A limited edition etching on paper titled Cervantes by well-known Surrealist artist Salvador Dalí (1904-1989). This piece, from the artist’s series of prints titled The Five Spanish Immortals, depicts the author of Don Quixote with an immense ruffled collar and a sharp beard and mustache, one eye blocked out by hatching and scribble. This print, captured with red ink, is numbered 58/125 and is signed in pencil to its lower margin and is matted under protective glazing in a gold tone frame with a wire for hanging.
This piece is included in the Catalogue Raisonné, The Official Catalog of the Graphic Works of Salvador Dali by Albert Field, catalogue field 65-7 B on page 28.

- wear to frame; backing paper has been cut; extremely minimal foxing to print.
