A vintage hand fan and horse hair brush. The fan features a cream colored collapsible plastic frame with intricately carved designs. It is accompanied by a small brush marked DW Sterlized to its handle. The brush is cream on one side with horse hair bristles and mint green to its obverse with handpainted accents.
