A pair of hand colored Louis Spiegel (American 1901-1975) lithographs. These depictions have been rendered in a bright palette of blue, yellow, pink and red; accented further by gold-tone, embossed frames, and a velvet accent border. The artist’s signature appears both in plate and by hand.
