A circa 1969 brass and enamel flower sculpture by listed California design team Curtis Jeré. The work depicts a metal flower with red and yellow enameled center and brass tone leaves. It rests on an amorphous quartz base and is signed and dated in black marker to the front of one leaf.
“Curtis Jere” is the ghost artist comprised of Curtis “Kurt” Freiler (1910 – 2013) and Jerry Fels (1917 – 2007), who owned and operated Artisan House, founded 1964, to produce gallery quality artwork for the public.
