A signed 1967 limited edition offset lithograph by well-listed and renowned American wildlife illustrator and naturalist, John A. Ruthven (Cincinnati; born 1924), titled Cardinals. The image depicts a female and a male cardinal perched on a blossoming branch of a magnolia tree. The print is numbered 368/1000 and signed by the artist in pencil to the lower left and right. Artist signature is also printed in plate to the lower right. This print is mounted behind cream and burgundy matting, under acrylic glass in a beveled wood frame, equipped to hang. A paper sleeve to the verso contains a certificate of authenticity and original accompanying information for print.
