An antique hand knotted Persian Sarouk accent rug. This rug features a central medallion with dual floral sprays in sky blue, red, sage, tan and indigo upon a blush field filled with floral swags and floral spray spandrels. The piece has complex compound unresolved borders with sawtooth guard borders, lily minor borders and a major lily border on an indigo ground. The rug ends with short natural fringe. Unmarked.
