Ken Ozier Original Pastel Drawing of a Salmon

An original pastel drawing on paper by well-listed painter, draughtsman, designer, writer and printmaker, Kenneth H. Ozier (1905 – 1978). The image depicts a charming study of a salmon, swimming through blue, rippling water. Artist signature is signed to the lower right. The drawing is unframed, and is housed against a piece of card stock substrate in a clear acetate sleeve. To the verso of the cardstock, a hand-inscribed not reads, ‘The Size You Say You Catch’. Ozier was born in Cincinnati and studied art at the AAC as well as the University of Cincinnati.
