An original signed gouache study on heavyweight acid-free fibrous pale gray paper by contemporary artist Lyric Morris-Latchaw (Iowa/Ohio, born 1993). The large study depicts a twisting branch of painterly leaves protruding from behind a geometric form painted in shades of lavender, ivory, and brick red. The painting is signed in pencil to the lower left corner. It is presented without matting or framing, awaiting your choice of presentation. Morris-Latchaw has exhibited across the Midwest, and spent time creating art at the experimental thirft-store-turned-artist-residency Elsewhere in Greensboro, North Carolina.
