This large contemporary painting, Sinuous, by Swiss-American artist Monika Steiner (b. 1972) depicts a dark swirl of brownish black paint on a beige, yellow and white background, accented by drips of paint in various colors.The painting is signed, dated ’08 and titled on verso. It is set into a wood frame and there is a wire on verso for hanging.
