An Edith Head banner commemorating her costume design work. The color sketch by Head (1897-1981) depicts the actress Bette Davis in a gown made by the costume designer for the 1951 film All About Eve. ‘Courtesy of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ is written beneath the image. The vertical rectangular banner is digitally printed on a heavy plastic material, with wood slats attached to the top and bottom sides. The item is not wired to hang.
