A mother of pearl inlay on wood of a nature composition. This collaged work depicts a stylized arrangement of thin branches sprouting from the ground, supporting two birds nestled on the central trunk. The cut mother of pearl pieces are further etched with fine detail, and are arranged on a black field surrounded by a bracketed border. To the board’s verso is an affixed triangular bracket for hanging.
