A signed oil painting on canvas of a bridge over water by R. Paterson. Signed by hand to the lower right corner, this painting depicts a white bridge over a small river and surrounded by trees and flowering plants. The painting is presented in a gold tone wood and gesso frame with ornate floral design, beige liner and a gold tone fillet. A wire for hanging purposes is present to the verso of the frame.
