Hitchcock Painted Wooden Chairs with Cane Seats

A pair of Hitchcock painted wooden chairs with cane seats. Featured here are two black painted wooden chairs. They have four decorative spindle legs and stretchers and a slatted backrest. The widest splat in the backrest and the rounded piece of trim on the cresting rail are painted with a fruit and starburst design in gold. The wide square seats are wrapped in cane and the back of the seats are marked ‘Hitchcock’.

• Please note, this is an item that may be especially difficult to move and/or transport. Unless shipping arrangements are available and made by the winning bidder, that individual is advised to bring, appropriate assistance, vehicle, proper materials, and any necessary tools to pickup.

• Please be advised, furniture items must be picked up and removed by winning bidder during the scheduled pick-up time on pick-up day. A moving charge will be incurred by winning bidders for any items not picked up. If winning bidder chooses to not have the item moved for alternate pick-up, the winning bidder will incur a disposal fee to have the item removed.
