Set of Community Plate Flatware
Item Details
A set of Community Plate silver plate flatware. This forty piece set includes eleven dinner knives, a ladle, six spreaders, three salad forks, six dinner forks, one serving fork, one 6’ spoon, one serving spoon, nine soup spoons, and one 7’ long knife. The pieces have handles that are slightly tapered and come to a point at the terminal, with a foliate design near where the handle joins the stem. They are marked to the undersides of the stems ‘Community Plate’. This set comes in a wooden case with a red lining marked ‘Anti-Tarnish Case Oneida Ltd.’.
Condition
- lots of marks, tarnish, scratches, and scuffs throughout the lot; heavy wear to exterior of the case.
