An original 1974 open edition serigraph on paper designed and hand-signed in ink by well-listed Hungarian Op artist, Victor Vasarely (1906 – 1997), titled XII Okta-Pos. The image depicts an optically stimulating arrangement of flat geometric planes filled with bold, solid colors. Artist signature is signed to the lower right. The print is mounted behind cream linen mat, under glass in a rounded wood frame with a deep green finish, equipped to hang. Vasarely was often referred to as the “Father of the Op-Art Movement,” and his work remains some of the most recognizable from the mid-20th century.
