Antique Cheyenne Native American Beaded Moccasins
Item Details
A pair of antique Native American Cheyenne child sized moccasins, circa 1900. With elaborate and painstaking detail, the moccasins are beaded in white with red and cobalt designs on deer hide with stiff soles and sinew stitching. Traditionally the soles of moccasins were made of the same leather as the teepee, as the smoke rendered the material waterproof.

- Unraveling, holes and visible wear throughout.
- Consistent with age and use.
