Item Details
An antique Turkish meerschaum pipe. This hand-carved piece features amber colored accents and a ring around the center. It is housed is a satin and velvet line leather case. Interior of case reads ‘Garantiert Echt Prima Meerschaum, RUHLA’. Meerschaum is a soft clay-like material consisting of hydrated magnesium silicate, found mainly in Turkey.
Condition
- Wear consistent with age.
- Interior would benefit from cleaning.
