Conte Crayon

A pair of signed original fashion plate drawings using conte crayon with pencil. The first drawing features a woman in a black and white ensemble with tiered striped skirt and ruffles along coat. The second drawing features a woman in a blue tiered floral dress with ruffle trim and sheer sleeve detail. Each drawing is signed ‘John 915’ in the lower right margin. Each drawing is housed behind plexiglass in a gilded wood frame with a wire for hanging to the verso.
