Lisa Schafer Original Acrylic on Canvas Triptych Installation

Three original acrylic paintings on canvas by contemporary Cincinnati-based artist Lisa Schafer (21st century). This triptych installation depicts atmospheric white fog interrupted intermittently by cool shades of blue and green. Each piece of the triptych is signed in ink to its lower edge. They are each unframed but ready to hang.
Lisa Schafer received an undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master’s in Digital Designed from the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP). Schafer’s work is represented in galleries across the United States including the Argosy Gallery in Bar Harbor, Maine and the Gallery Veronique in Montgomery, Ohio. Her work is housed in private and corporate collections including the Muska and Lipman Publishing Company and The Greater Cincinnati Foundation. Her work echoes the great aesthetes of the ab-ex generation, perhaps Helen Frankenthaler most of all.
