An original oil painting on composite board depicting downtown Cincinnati by Gene Leamond, signed in paint to the lower left-hand side. The painting invited the viewer to gaze at the Cincinnati skyline from the perspective of a roof top in a neighborhood reminiscent of Over the Rhine. The painting is housed in a wide beveled wood frame with a white washed, distressed finish with a wire for hanging to the verso.
