Lisa Schafer Original Mixed Media on Canvas Diptych

Two original acrylic paintings on canvas with mixed media accents by contemporary Cincinnati-based artist Lisa Schafer (21st century). This diptych depicts a highly-abstracted landscape painted in cool shades of blue, green, purple, and white. It is mainly created in acrylic paint, with applied paper accents that add texture across the surfaces. Each piece of the diptych is signed in blue to its lower edge. They are each unframed, but are ready to hang.
Lisa Schafer received an undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master’s in Digital Designed from the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP). Schafer’s work is represented in galleries across the United States including the Argosy Gallery in Bar Harbor, Maine and the Gallery Veronique in Montgomery, Ohio. Her work is housed in private and corporate collections including the Muska and Lipman Publishing Company and The Greater Cincinnati Foundation.
