An offset lithograph on paper after an illustration of an 18th-century viola by artist William Gibb. The print is made after a chromolithograph that was created for the book Musical Instruments, Historic, Rare and Unique. The piece depicts an illustration of the ‘Caduceus’ Viola da Gamba designed by Joachim Tielke. It is matted in cream and presented under glass in a brown and black wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

- sticker residue to upper right corner of glass, minor wear to frame.
