An original mixed media and homemade paper hanging sculpture titled Healing Heart by Kim Victoria Kettler. This sculpture features three sculpted paper and wax torsos in a triptych of shadow boxes. Each recessed box is decoupaged with paper and covered in handwritten ink. Labels below each torso feature captions printed in English and Greek languages reading A year ago today., Right now. , and In time, eventually, gradually. The work is presented under glass in a white metal frame that has been hand decorated with gold drawn detail. A metal hanging wire and artist’s stamp are included on the verso.
