A 1996 paper collage on Lanaquarelle paper by listed Oregon artist Melissa Markell. Titled Beethoven and Friends this depicts layered sheet music, reproduction prints of earlier paintings, and prints of violins and other instruments. It is titled in the lower left and signed and dated to the lower right. It is mounted to a black mat, and presented with a white mat and gold tone liner under glass in a gold tone wooden frame that is wired for hanging. Please see 17ATL078-004 for a related work.

- sticker residue to lower right corner of glass.
