A first edition hardcover copy of two of eminent science fiction author Isaac Asimov’s ‘Robot Novels’ series in one volume: The Caves of Steel and The Naked Sun. Both are murder mysteries featuring protagonist Detective Elijah Bailey, and take place in a futuristic setting in which humans are aided by robots governed by the ‘Three Laws of Robotics’. This volume is signed by Asimov to the half-title page in pen. It retains its original dust cover as well as having an outer plastic sleeve.
