Four Panel Silk Painted Screen

An East Asian four panel silk painted screen. The decorative screen features four panels with gold tone silk backing and a handpainted design of a cherry blossom branch. The piece is bordered in silk ribbon and signed to the upper left. The screen is backed with colorful patterned paper and is mounted to a metal wall bracket for display.

Condition

- minor markings throughout. Some of the silk backing has rippled. The screen is mounted to the bracket upside down and the bracket will need to be inverted to hang the piece right side up.
