Italian Handmade Ceramic Plate and Volcanic Glazed Pitcher
Item Details
A decorative handmade plate and a pitcher from Italy. The plate is hand-painted with green, red and blue striped fish, and is signed to the verso ‘M. Picone Sciacca’. Also included is a mid-century volcanic glazed pitcher painted with geometric designs, under a textured finish. It is marked on the underside ‘Made in Italy’.
Condition
- many marks and some discoloration to the pitcher, wear to the underside and several chips to the underside edge; defect in glaze on the underside edge of plate, in good condition otherwise.
