An original abstract acrylic painting on canvas by contemporary American artist Robbie Kemper (Cincinnati, Ohio; born 1957), titled Blue and Orange Bursts. This non-objective composition is comprised of aggressively applied sky blue, salmon pink, yellow ochre and fiery oranges, intertwined and splattered against the canvas. This work is not framed but equipped to hang. Kemper studied art at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, and is currently a studio resident at the Pendleton Art Center in the historic district of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, Ohio.
