An original abstract acrylic painting on canvas by contemporary American artist Robbie Kemper (Cincinnati, Ohio; born 1957). This non-objective composition is comprised of aggressively applied white paint over a field of thinned gray, intertwined with periwinkle and sky blue. A rust red rectangle floats above. This work is not framed but equipped to hang. Kemper studied art at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, and is currently a studio resident at the Pendleton Art Center in the historic district of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, Ohio.
