A World War II era Red Cross medical trunk. The piece is constructed of a cardboard-like material, with metal corners and latches. The suitcase is brown, with a Red Cross logo to its center, with radiating green stripes. There are three latches and a handle on the case, marked ‘USA Excelsior Stamford Conn’, and a side strap made of green webbing. The interior features one large main compartment and one smaller side compartment.
