Henry Hobson & Son Egg Cup Set With Stand and Other Silver Plate Servingware

An assortment of silver plate servingware. This includes an oval tray with chased foliates in the Moonbeam pattern by Rogers, a gadrooned round tray by the Sheriden Silver Company, and a double handled porringer by the Sheffield Silver Company. There is also a Sheffield Silver Co lid, an Ellis-Barker sugar shaker, a Barker Brothers lidded dish with attached saucer, and a Barker Brothers egg coddler. These are presented with an ornate Henry Hobson & Son egg cup set featuring six pedestal cups below a central spoon holder, above a galleried rectangular base.
Condition
- some overall surface wear with marking and tarnishing; dent to the rim of the gadrooned tray which displays more significant scratches; egg cup set is missing spoons.
