A collection of antique Encyclopedia Britannica, ninth edition. This includes twenty-five antique volumes of the Encyclopedia Britannica published between 1875 and 1889 by Charles Scribners Sons. Bound in full leather with marbled fore-edges and endpapers. The ninth edition is often referred to as the “Scholar’s Edition”.
