Rose Medallion Porcelain Tableware

Item Details

A collection of Chinese rose medallion porcelain tableware. The pieces were produced in the style of the decoration that was first exported in the nineteenth century. Each example has reserves with painted figures alternating with flowers and foliage and featuring a central medallion. There are two teapots, a lotus shaped bowl and vase. The pieces have various marks including early reign marks, however, the porcelain was made in China during the twentieth century.
