Two original 1984 colored pencil sculpture studies on paper by listed Iowan sculptor Derrick James Woodham (born 1940), titled Blue II and Green II. Each drawing depicts geometric shapes rendered in flat planes of color and value, representing sketches for three-dimensional geometric sculptures. Each drawing is mounted behind white matting, behind museum glass in matte silver tone brushed metal frames, equipped to hang. Informational labels are attached to the versos. These pieces were formerly included in the collections of the Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company, beginning in 1988.
