A women’s vintage embellished straw brimmed hat. This woven navy hat features a blue silk and velvet floral band to the crown, dotted with navy velvet ribbons to the brim and a navy velvet edge. The hat is unlined, with a red grosgrain sweatband and navy velvet covered headband, and marked with fabric tags. Includes hat box.
