A Chinese style painting on board of vines. This painting depicts a green vine trailing diagonally down across the composition where it meets another collection of flowers and fines whose leaves have turned red and begun to break off in the breeze. It is signed ‘夏山’ (Xia shan) to the lower left corner and signed illegibly to the verso. The piece is presented in a white-washed wood frame.
