A Chinese style painting on board of a river and plants. This piece depicts a winding blue river and flowing grasses wrapped in pink morning glory vines, against a mottled light brown background. It is signed "Xia shan" (夏山) to the lower left, marked illegibly to the verso, and presented in a white-washed wood frame with a wire for hanging.
