A vintage silver plate frame handbag. This red-green brocade bag features a carved silver plate hinged frame with kiss lock clasp, silver-tone rolo chain strap, and black tassel embellishment. The interior is lined in a black twill and is stamped ‘EPNS’ to the frame.
