An original signed 1924 stone lithograph on paper by very well-listed avant-garde American artist Arthur Bowen Davies (1862 – 1928), titled In Provence. The piece depicts a minimalist depiction of a forested landscape. A figure stands to the left margin, looking back towards the picturesque scene. The print is signed in pencil to the lower right and is titled in pencil to the lower center. It is presented without matting or framing, awaiting your choice of presentation. A red rectangular seal with the letter ‘S’ to its right edge is stamped to the paper’s verso.

Condition

- large rip to lower edge. Yellowing across from previous matting/framing.
